Intelligence you own

Own your
intelligence.
Put it to work.

Your experience and expertise.

Help us bring customer-owned intelligence to market.

In development. Building our founding team.

The future we are building

Intelligence you own

Not just access to a chatbot. Your specialized models, knowledge and learning.

AI assessed for your work

Capability, alignment and reliability for your task—not a generic model ranking.

You control what leaves

Your data stays in your environment unless you approve an outside service.

Lifelong learning you keep

Learn from work and corrections. Retain that learning as base models change.

The big picture

Why OwnIntellect

Your work should build
your intelligence.

Every correction, evaluation and hard-won piece of expertise should contribute to something you keep. Changing a model should not mean starting over.

The economics

Measure the whole job.

Recurring API spend, review and rework create a meaningful baseline. The goal is dependable work at lower total cost—not simply cheaper tokens.

The expertise

Make it specific to you.

Your private knowledge and operating context matter. Broad intelligence is not the same as capability, alignment and reliability for your work.

The compounding value

Keep what you learn.

Retain useful evaluations, approved improvements and accumulated knowledge as workflows evolve and underlying models change.

Our first commercial focus

Businesses with significant AI API spend, valuable private expertise and outcomes we can assess together.

The platform we are building

Bring your tools.
Own the intelligence behind them.

A workflow-agnostic platform, not a prescribed way of working. Connect existing agents and applications, or choose an integrated OwnIntellect experience.

Your existing tools

Agents. Applications. Interfaces.

Through the API gateway

Planned platform: two access paths, one foundation of customer-owned intelligence.

AI Assurance

Beyond routing: own, assess and improve.

  1. 01

    Discover task fit

Assess models and agents against the task, intent and operating conditions. Go beyond easy-versus-hard labels.

  2. 02

    Improve owned AI

Build on licensed models, experience and expertise. Retain evaluations and approved adaptations; reassess as base models change.

  3. 03

    Choose execution

Compare eligible open and frontier models. Match reasoning and verification to the job, respecting privacy before processing.

Add domain expertise where it helps—without locking the platform to a single workflow.

The people and capability behind it

An ambitious vision.
A team that builds.

OwnIntellect is a new product in development. It builds on the team's experience in mission-critical systems, invention and working AI.

Hugo Latapie

Founder & CEO, Taijitu AI

40 years of mission-critical engineering and delivery across defense, healthcare, fintech and telecommunications.

Former Principal Engineer at Cisco Research, CTO and VP of Engineering at NDS/News Corp, and Senior Director at DIRECTV.

77+ patents and patent applications across his inventor record.

Jen Heywood

Legal, marketing & sales

A patent attorney and electrical engineer, bringing complementary legal, technical and commercial experience.

Works with Hugo on patents and handles marketing, sales and legal for the team.

Hugo and Jen have worked together on Taijitu AI since January 2025.

AOCA

Always-On Computer Assistant

An integrated AI system built through Hugo's research and systems engineering: cumulative knowledge, autonomous execution and completed work.

Her Digital Product Engineering combines persistent knowledge, reusable components, implementation, integration, validation and operation.

Supporting the team across engineering, research, communications and operations.

Hugo + AOCA

About
one week.

From scope to working system and results.

Completed engineering work

A one-year, $300,000 DARPA Phase I scope.

Hugo and AOCA built a working multi-agent market laboratory in about one week, studying AI-agent behavior, interactions and economic outcomes.

The system met operational, functional and scaling requirements, with greater than 95% allocative efficiency in the evaluated conditions, and was demonstrated live at APEX.

Self-funded as part of the team's Direct to Phase II proposal for DARPA's Influence Benchmarks for AI Systems topic.

Build with us

Help bring customer-owned
intelligence to market.

We are assembling the people and partnerships to turn this vision into a focused product and a repeatable business.

People

Help build the founding team.

We are seeking executive co-founders, ideally covering CEO, Chief Growth Officer and Chief Product Officer leadership.

We also welcome builders and collaborators who connect AI engineering with product judgment, real customer needs and commercial execution.

Tell us what you have built, what you would bring, and what draws you to customer-owned intelligence.

Partners

Help shape what comes next.

We would like to hear from businesses interested in shaping and evaluating the product, technology and research collaborators, and partners who can open enterprise relationships.

Significant AI API spend and valuable private expertise are a strong starting point for a business design-partner conversation.

Bring a meaningful problem, relevant capability or a connection that could help us build.
